Documents are generated from templates at your specific direction, using information you provide. Purchases are one-time fees processed by our merchant of record. Digital documents are delivered immediately after purchase. If a document fails to generate or contains a generation error on our part, contact us and we will correct it or refund your purchase. Certified-mail orders are handed to postal carriers on our schedule (typically within one business day); once accepted by the postal service, delivery timing is outside our control. Because digital documents are delivered instantly, refunds for change of mind are at our discretion.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant any particular outcome — including that any landlord will respond to or comply with any demand. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
The site, its design, and its template systems are our property. Documents generated for you are yours to use for your own dispute.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
