• Purchase information, handled by our merchant of record and payment processors; we do not store your card details.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, pages visited) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use your document contents for advertising.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Generated documents and the information used to create them are retained long enough to deliver your purchase, provide support, and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. You may request deletion sooner at any time by emailing us.

Service providers

We share information only with providers necessary to deliver the service: payment processing (merchant of record), certified-mail printing and postal delivery (for mailed orders), and email delivery of receipts. Each receives only what it needs.
